RACIST MANAGEMENT THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS RACIST!. JANE PECK IS AN OLD GEEZER WHO HATES BLACK PEOPLE. THE APARTMENTS ARE FILTHY AND HAVE LOT OF ROACHES, WATERBUGS, AND CRICKETS. THE HEAT IS FREE BECAUSE THEY HARDLY TURN IT ON. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES This place is the worse. The roach problem is horrendous. I think it is a digrace to charge so much money for roach infested apartments. If you don't like roaches than do move here.

Horrible place to live---Car THEFT!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. The apartments are decent and the view is great, but maintanence is poor.

nothin' fancy with the construction mostly retired people wo live there currently, so even though the walls don't hold back anything, there isn't a noise problem.
