The apartment is in GOOD condition, I wouldn't say excellent but it's nice.There is a tremendous amount of space in the living/dining area which is a plus.As for the kitchen it's really small and is not by a window which would be better since the smell of food travels throughout the apt. The bathroom is also very small and uncomfortable, they should have made it a little more spacious. The view is marvelous, only problem is that when people get off of the CORNUCOPIA YAHTS they are very noisy and they also take up the majority of the parking spaces in the rear. As for the maintenance team they are responsive but do not perform well. The elevator is extremely small, hopefully all your furniture will fit and you will move on the lower floors because then it's to the staircase you will have to go to. As for safety I feel completely safe since the police are around the corner and a few of the tenants are police officers themselves. Overall it's not bad. It's really nice and quiet.( depending on the day of the week and time ) YAHTS!
