All the problems in the prior posts are true. I would rate the experience at Harbor Terrace as positive. Ups and downs like all places, but a decent place to live.

Management is responsive but slow. Roofs do leak.

My biggest gripe is they only make improvements after a problem occurs. In three years here, nothing has been updated or renovated without a problem occuring first.

For example. My hallway was vacummed and the walls were cleaned only when the inspector from the State was coming by. This was the only deep cleaning in three years.

The location is nice. I feel safe.
the ammenities present are at a bear minimum. A few laundry machines, a few parking spots.

The buildings could be better secured and cleaned but in many years of apartment living I have seen worse. Much worse.

I have no regrets on living in Harbor Terrace and would reccomend it to others.
