I have been a resident at Harbor Terrace for several months and not planning on going anywhere else anytime soon.
I am very happy with my apartment. when ever I have a maintenance issue it's always taken care of really fast.
I love that I'm so close to everything I need, like the grocery stores and shopping.
I love the water view that I have from my apartment, it's the best!!! If I could have it my way I would never leave my apartment. oh and by the way, I have some of the best neighbors.
