This place is straight trash. Ive been here 3 years now, and it gets worse each year. First off, the place is cheaply made. The walls are like paper, the paint is cheap, screws are always falling out of things, and the screws in the walls are now showing. The neighbors are mostly rude, and their kids are out of control running around all hours and screaming all the time. I even heard about apartments getting broken into and cars getting stolen. I was not happy when I found out there were section 8 people and special needs people staying in my court as well. I pay too much money to be around that element. The roads have never been fixed since Ive been here...pot holes everywhere, uneven roads, raised manhole covers, etc. There is NEVER any parking in my court. 99% of the time I end up parking out in the street like a visitor. Its so bad that even all the handicap spots are taken. The management isnt the friendliest either. As someone said, the rent steadily increases and the quality of living steadily decreases. The only good things I could say is that the place is spacious and the maintenance crew is very friendly and always willing to try and help if there is an issue with the apartment.
