The GOOD: Great layout design and plenty of living space. Kitchen is open with enough room to work with a partner. Maintance is great. Friendly plus they finish the job quickly and correctly! The grounds are kept in reasonably good condition considering the wild crop of kids that litter and reck everything.

The BAD: Parking is ruff. You have 2 & 3 bedroom townhouses with ONE space per unit. People are always parking in the hanicapped spots.

The UGLY: Section 8 families are spreading like cancer. I can't draw one positive intention mangement has by accepting these type of applicants'! Now, after paying a steadily increasing rent, should we have to be subjected to the daily chaos of destructive kids. It's obvious the kids are just an extension of their parents and management needs to step in and police the situation ASAP. Lastly, the construction is of the cheapest quality. The walls are so thin I hear entire conversations. Screws falling out are common place. The paint marks with even the slightest touch and wipes off after the most gental cleaning.
