This is just a word of advise, if you considering buying a town house I suggest you do not buy it in Harbortown Terrace. This place is getting quicly infested with section 8 families that contribute nothing, but headaches. Most of these people let their children run around like a pack of animals. These kids lack decipline and guidance. The have distroyed the beautiful landscaping and playground in the Harbortown terrace community. The quality of life continues to deteriorate. There are still plenty of good decent families living in Harbortown, but if something is not done to curb these destructive families, they will leave, and Harbortown will become a high price housing project. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
