Excellent Value for the Amount of Living Space, Not Very Picky When it Comes to Renters

Harbortown offers spacious 2-level and 1-level apartments at a superb value. The problem is... the allowance of section VIII renters is bringing the quality of occupants to a very low level. There are children running around out of control and loud. There is no lack of vandalism and bike thefts and the management people do nothing about it. If you're young, commute to NYC and have no children, this is a good transitional place to hang your hat.
