I have been in Harbortown for 7 month now and I can?t wait until my lease expires so I can take my family and run. There is just to much section 8 family in this complex. Harbortown is a beautiful place, the landscapes are well kept, but sadly is the people that make the place. Although Latinos make good portion of the tenants in the complex they tend to control there children and behave civilize. Everytime I hear a noise or music blasting out of a vehicle 95% of the time is ------. It bothers me to write this, but it?s the true.
