Where should I start' Cheap construction materials (walls, furnace, toilets, insulation & doors), or the ghetto kids that are turning this complex into another project.

Harbortown Terrace is turning into a high price projects. The kids that live here with there "so called" parents roam around the complex unsupervisored and destroy what ever they can get there hands on. My car windshield was victim to one of these misfits. You often wonder if these kids have parents at all.

The cheap construction is the biggest headache of all. Harbortown is constructed of nothing but the cheapest construction materials. The walls are paper thin and can barely hold a curtain rod. Anytime you can here people in the next apartment flush the toilet and take a shower you know the walls are thin. The windows are single pane windows and offer VERY LITTLE insulation. If you stand by the window on a windy day you can feel the breeze through window. The furnace offers very little heat. I often have to turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees on a cold winter day just to stay warm.

There are only two good things about Hrabortown terrace.

#1. You get spacious floor plans for your money.
#2. The 24hr maintance crew tries to fix everything they possible can.

If your thinking baout moving to Harbortown Terrace; THINK TWICE AND THINK HARD!
