This is true, one of my friend got this information from the local cop. Day by day its getting worse and the management doesn't seem to care.
I live in the apartment too. I felt horrified, when my apartment was stolen, but after hearing this news. I feel very sad for every one.
Irony is they are constructing more and more new apartments and more and more people are falling into this crap.
Beware and if you want to be safe, better find some other apartment
