Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999

I lived in this complex from Dec. 1998 - August 1999. It appears to look like a nice place, but it is not. I agree with the other review, safety is a huge concern. Not only that, the walls and floors are paper thin. I lived underneath a family with two kids and was subjected to loud banging on a consistent basis at all hours of the day. Heating did not work at all in the winter, no air conditioning in the summer. Maybe these have improved since then, but I doubt it.
