We have been here for 2.5 yrs. Can not beat the price we pay for our large apartment. The neighborhood is questionable. It is a bit dirty, but appears to be safe. The management company is not overly friendly or accomodating. Service is good and parking depends on which section you live in.

The other residence are a bit noisy and sound travels. Watch out for the train yard noise and the ocean liners.

Still recomend overall...just don't plan on staying too long. There is nothing to do in area unless you drive a ways.
