Location is smack in the middle between NYC and Jersey Shore. It?s incredibly convenient. Considering everything more bang for your buck here. Compared to other overpriced communities. Nice layout and lots of space. There no high rises, so it?s not as congested as some apt. Communities. Responsive maintenance crew. Ample parking.

There is choice of two train stations ( Perth Amboy, and Woodbridge) within 10 mins. from Apt.

While I can walk to a small convenient store right outside the Apts., I can also drive to nearby Wal-Mart, superShoprite, and Menlow Mall.

During the summer is the best, me and my Wife take a stroll near the waterfront by the marina, there Portuguese restaurant, Seafood American, boutique ice cream shop, some live music, and a cool cruise boat called ?cornucopia? .

The scenery of small city scape along with waterfront promenade, is perfect for running/walking in the morning in the spring time

It?s a unique location as it is a waterfront community, yet, attached to a small diverse historic city. Overall a good deal, so far its been a good experience.
