This place should be called the Projects!! We moved here 3 months ago due to the large layout of the apts. Which are great! I read the reviews before I moved and didn't beleive it because I felt I needed to try out myself - well I did and we can't wait to move. I should have listened. I consider myself an easy going person, and for the last 7 years have been living at couple of different apt complex and never had any issues. I understand when you share walls with others, you should expect to hear others around you. But these apartment walls are paper thin.. we share walls with 3 different apts, so we can clearly hear conversation and any TV, music etc.. from any of the other apts. Our neighbor likes to play loud music around 2am!! Constuction is extremly poor, things are always falling apart, parking space is very tight, where our other neighbor is always hitting our car door, but can't even blame them.. there is not enough space for 2 cars to park side by side at the carport. Our car was vandelized. security sucks, there is only 1 person who drives around in this huge complex. Kids run around pressing door bells and kicking and hitting things along their path including cars. As well as screaming and yelling outside all day long. I have kids, but my kids are not yelling and screaming outside. People getting high & smoking right under our balcony. The hallways are gross and are never cleaned or maintained. They only take care of the lawn and nothing else. Maritza from the rental office is not helpful at all. The other lady is nice. The general people who live here - for a lack of better word "getto". If you are looking for a clean and decent apartment, do not waste your money here. Yes, they offer great layouts and space, but it's not worth it. We are going away on vacation and don't feel safe parking our car, so have to park our car at friends house. This apartment complex has been a nightmare. I am not a person who writes reviews, but felt compeled to share my experience so people like me who are looking for nice apartments are not coming to places like harbor town..

Although your grips may be valid in your own indivual experience. It is unfair to single out Marisa (rental agent). Marisa is the rental agent. She is not the police,the super, or a sounding board. Marisa has ALWAYS been extremely helpful to both my husband and myself she has a pleasant attitude and always has a smile on her face. Anyone who calls or comes to Harbortown and encounters Mrs. Ramos will agree!.... Just Ask your neighbors!!!!!

About Marisa .... When I was deciding what apartment to take she help out by mentioning that one of the two we were considering would be better, since the construction site out the front door would be transformed into a playground and an extended lawn. Plus additional parking would be added to the other side of that. GREAT! A few months after moving in the real construction started, we dealt with loud banging, construction guys cursing, and all sorts of noises and smells everyday starting at 7am. I'm finally leaving ... Thank you Marisa for ruining the last two years of my life. And I forgot, it wasn't a park they built. Just more apartments, blocking our view......
