Let first start by saying that when I came to Harbortown, I was in awe by the apartment. Lovely apartment, with more than enough space for the price. I moved in around middle of September, so I think kids were either in school or home doing homework. Well guess what, Summer came around and that brought out every "ghetto" element you can think of.

I'm not talking about just a few kids running around screaming and yelling, I'm talking about young kids actually setting up a blow-up pool on the front lawn!! Braiding hair on their front stoop. Smoking weed in between buildings. Selling god knows what to passing cars. Oh, and lets not forget the annoying mini-motorcycle rider that drives through the complex like he's in a NASCAR speedway.

Security' Biggest joke there is. You can find "security" parked in a corner reading a paper or sleeping on the job. Management says "NO PETS". RIGHT!! I think almost everyone has a cat or dog or both. big joke. Where I live, I have about 4 or 5 cars parked wherever they want. Not in parking spaces, but wherever they want. Management says "No washing cars". RIGHT!! People are getting oil changes, washing cars, putting in radios, etc etc. big joke.

Walls, paper thin. Plenty of nights I have heard my neighbors fighting or talking on the phone. I have heard full conversations, while trying to watch TV.

Landscaping and grounds. What a joke. The other day, some lady went straight through her stop sign and nearly took off the front of my car. The signs in the complex are a joke. You can find hoses and garbage all over the grounds. Nothing is picked up!! They have dumpsters, but people still put their garbage on the OUTSIDE of the dumpster. Explain that one.

Save your money, and find a better community. If you're willing to live with section 8 ghettoness, blow-up pools on the lawn, mini-motorcycles, blasting car radios late at night, thin walls, drug dealers, stoop hair braiders, loud mouth kids, un-salted icy streets, and bad management, Then Harbortown Terrace is for you.
