I MOVED INTO THIS COMPLEX A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO. IT'S A BIG DEVELOPMENT AND A VERY BUSY ONE. BUT OVER ALL IT'S NICE I READ WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WRITE ABOUT AND IT'S NOT WHAT THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YES YOU DO HAVE KIDS RUNNING AROUND BUT KIDS ARE KIDS WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THEM TO DO NOT TO MAKE NOISE PEOPLE FORGET THAT SOME TIME AGO THEY WERE KIDS ASWELL AND THEY MADE THE SAME NOISES WHO KNOWS THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN EVEN WORSE. BUT IN OVER ALL AS ALONG AS YOU MINE YOUR OWN BUSINESS EVER THING IS JUST FINE. JUST REMEMBER THAT THE STAFF CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH THERE ARE A LOT OF UNIT AND WE HAVE TO BE A CALM AND SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

That might be true kidds run around and we expect them to make noise. But, we don't expect them to be making noise, cursing, hugging and kissing, calling each other papie and nigg** at 12:00 at night. A time when most working people are resting for the next days work day. And yes, the staff can only do so much , but when you create the expectation of exclusivity and you pay the outregeous rents that we pay (the ones not on section-eight) then I expect them to do a lot more. That's the problem with section-eight people like yourself. you never had to work for anything, so you're always satified with whatever you get!

I lived in this complex for over two years and my two kids were starting to look and speak as those low class kids that come from those low class adults.....DO NO MOVE IN......All this is ture section 8 people are rude, smelly and full of ----. GO TO WORK and learn how to take care of your kids and apartments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
