I have lived in Harbortown for a little over a year. The apartments are very spacious and whenever we had a maintenance problem, the gentlemen from maintenance were prompt and polite.
On the down side, the rules about pets are a joke. I had to give my cat away before moving in because I was told absolutely no pets. Come to find out, our upstairs neighbors have a cat and I have lost count as to how many dogs I have seen roaming the complex. The rules about pets need to either be enforced or erased.
My main complaint is the noise and disrespectfullness of many of the children. My apartment is near one of the playgrounds and I feel parents think the playground is the babysitter. I have NEVER seen parents outside supervising their children. After school lets out, the children spend hours screaming, destructing property and causing trouble. I have had to reprimand children myself which should not be my responsibility.
I wish that the playground was better supervised. My overall experience here would be much more pleasant.
