You are right. The building materials are cheap and everything breaks in the house. The adults in HTT are worse than the children. They are Loud and rude. The kids write on the walls and destroy the aluminun siding by burning it with lighters. The parents don't say a thing. The security is a joke. I also thought i was moving my family into a working class neighborhood. NO ONE TOLD ME that the place was full of a bunch dangerous, out of control, miscreant section-eight animals. The reality is i felt safer in the getto. Peoples houses are broken into all the time and we're surounded by sex offenders and peodaphiles. These filthy undisiplined youths hang out in front of my bedroom window day and night. My family is especially disturbed because the playground is located directly across from our unit. The youths and adults drink and break bottles in the playground and no one does anything about it. The development just wants the money. The place is really beginning to look run down. My one year lease is up in four months. I'm moving back to the getto where it's safe. Save yourself some heartach. DON'T MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know that this is an old review and all, but before calling children filthy and undisciplined, you can use some sort of literacy course yourself. Before writing a negative review, you should atleast ensure that your message is grammatically correct. The children may benefit from a bit more home training, but you could have paid more attention in school.
