When you are ready to sign your lease there will be an excuse that the keys aren't available for the apartment you want. Trust me, if you can't go inside, go see where your unit is located. This is very important. If you're by the playground, you don't want it (even if you have kids because the teens hang out here). Your best bet is to rent one of the units on the out-skirts of the community. It seems as though the riff-raff are contained within the middle of Harbortown. Try to get a unit with a carport to avoid the headache of where to park.

I've lived here for 6 months and I don't have complaints. My neighbors are friendly and the amenities are functional. The grounds are well keep. There are lots of children in the neighborhood but most of them are playing with their parents and are friendly.
