My Family and I have lived in Harbortown terrace since 2001. The need for a large apartment is the only thing that keeps us here. What makes me the mosy crazy is how little management cares about safety of tennents, and it shows in how little money they spend to keep things safe. Drugs,slugs and thugs seem to be the previlent tennent profile lately. My neighbors 2 foot high water pie on thied deck along with there hibachi they fire up stoned out their minds. does harbortown care...no!
Most recently, a burned out air conditioning unit was left for seven days, risking the safety of three families, one being mine, does harbortown terrace care...no! They even admitted to there stupidity but do they care...no! I am currently trying to get compancation for there very poor lack of judgement in leaving such a hazzard, even posibly a catastrophy. Security lights out everywhere, cops here regularly, improper window gaurds, I could continue all day.

my goodness this place sounds like "La Perla" in San Juan, PR...and my husband and I are seriously considering relocating to one of the townhomes at the Harbortown Ports within the next six mos to a year.

I just moved to Harbortown a few months ago. The only problems I've had so far are within my apartment. My bedroom's bathroom is a disaster. Whoever built the shower must have been on drugs because it is slanted and the water stays on one side of the floor causing a light orange mold to grow. Also my toilet is falling apart. My toilet was supposed to be fixed today (I hope) and my shower will get fixed Sunday so wish me luck. I haven't really seen any gangs or anything like that, just a bunch of bad kids whose parent's obviously could care less what they do. And yes, the walls are paper thin!!! Hope no one is a light sleeper that is considering moving here.
