Harbortown Terrace

Caution From: beware Date posted: 10/7/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have only being n Harbortown Terrace for 3 month and so far I have seen sevaral things that I do not like. Too many kids playing and screaming in the parking lots. The worst hing that HarborTown terrace has done is rent to secton 8 people. Most of these people are nasty and let there kids play outside until late. No wonder they cannot break the chain of poverty. Soon HarborTown terrace will be just like the housing projects. My wife and I left NY thinking that we could give our son a better life in NJ. Will leave when lease is over, unless things change. I hope they stop accepting Section 8..
