Bugs, Bugs, Bugs

I'm not sure who's more annoying, the neighbors or the bugs. The apartment complex and size of the place is decent but I'm constantly buying raid to get rid of the spiders, roaches, crawlies etc.
The complex used to be quiet and clean but over the years it has changed for the worse.
