first of all, I didn't know Florida Grove Manor changed their name and I live here!

The pros -- it's a nice place to live. the apartments are roomy, lots of parking, maintenance ok and it's near food shopping center and other stores. Rent is decent since it includes water.

The cons -- there are alot of bugs (crawlies). especially when it rains. I had an incident a month ago where I found a mouse in the bathroom. we bought raid and mousetraps. Mouse is dead. Bugs are not. we're constantly buying and killing them. the indoor entrance smells like Curry. The neighbors are noisy and nosy. I haven't had problem with theft but there have been instances where the cops stop by and pay a visit to other neighbors. Summertime is a nightmare. It's like living near a club. the loud music, laughter, and the bratty kids. oy vey! I would move but I don't have the money.

Hello, I'm interested in the 1 bedroom apartment at the above mentioned location. However, after reading the 4 ratings I'm a little disturbed. I couldn't imagine myself living in place infested with roaches, insects, rodents, and loud/nosy individuals. Is it really that bad? I really liked the spacious closets, hardwood floors, and the location, which is closer to work. I'm looking for a place where I could have peace of mind after a long day of work, not brawls and noise. Please let me know if anyone currently lives there and has any different feedback. I'm open to honesty. Thanks!
