The area LOOKS NICE, but when you live there, you will see a lot of crime. Also, make sure you change your locks once you move in because stuff WILL disappear from your apartment. Property is not maintained as it should be. Kriegman & Smith is not responsive to any complaints or suggestions. I suggest you find another place to live rather than Marine View. I was told it was a place to start a family, I would never want to raise my kids in this environment. Murders take place on almost a bi-weekly basis, cops pull you over once a month, Robberies are normal, and my car was also broken into on Water Street. Say pets are not allowed, but there are a lot of pets in the building.
