Unhappy at 16 Harbor Terr - I've lived in Perth Amboy before and at my current place now 3 yrs. Great view, quiet neighborhood, clean. Buildings are another completely story. BED BUGS I moved here about 4 mths now and there is a big problem with bed bugs. I have not had a restful night in 2 months now. Then there is the noise from across the train tracks which I did not bargain for and as such dont seem to have any recourse about that.

A transplanted new Yorker I have been a resident here for 8 months and I'm planning to stay another year. the maintenance staff is exceptional, quick response and they did a tremendous job this winter with all the snow storms.

The Hood I had lived in this building for some time. When moving in the building there is suppose to be a background and credit check done. And is suppose to be low income housing. I have seen drug addicts in the building, I have seen drug deals. There was a stabbing and a couple drug raids.
