Poor, Poor, Poor - Moved out, here's why. Good part- Rent is cheap, includes hot water, and your close to anything you need. That sounds all well and good, but the place has fallen in quality. Awful This place totally sucks..Maintenance is horrific...nothing gets done--you practically have to BEG for anything to get done around here!! BUGS everywhere..laying dead in windows, flying around apartments. Appliances are cheap and forget it if you need something new it takes YEARS to get

Nice apartment - loud neighbors Lived here for a year and am happy with my apartment. The rooms are big and no problems with anything. The only criticism is that the neighbors hang around outside and are very loud.

Ok, but a few concerns. This complex is ok, but there are a few points you should keep in mind. The parking can be a concern depending on which building you select, the only air conditioner they give you will not cool the apartment, and you can often hear downstairs/upstairs

Beautifully Maintained BUT This is a nicely maintained complex. The leasing manager is very accomodating and the maintenance crew is very dependable. They have a lot of restrictions absolutely no dogs and your relatives or friends cannot bring their dogs either, and other weird restrictions.

Nice Size, Poor Maintenance When I first saw the apartment, I fell in love with it. It is very large for a one bedroom, fairly new, and they accept dogs. The price seemed right, but I am regretting moving here. The Maintenance is terrible. Trying to get the super to fix
