Maintenance is not friendly, they don't follow what's writen in the lease, safety is a HUGE issue with snow and ice, they come when they feel like it and can't even get to the dumpsters or your car. Noise is a factor depending on who you live by

Hi, I actually lived in Rachel terrace for the whole 1 year. I thought it was nice,cheaper compared to other apartments with washer and dyrer in the unit.But that was all. You pay for everything,water,sewer,gas and electric. The AC doesn't work during summer and heater is too much durinng winter. we lived on the duplex type and durinng winter you just have to stay in your room because the heater wont work on the 2nd floor. The boiler was placed inside the 1st bedroom and to get the 2nd room heated it will be too much for the first room.Luckilly it was only me and my husband who stayed there. And another thing, it was bilt with a common wall it means you can hear everything your next door neighbor is doing, even the slighest snore you will hear it. This is not an exaggeration.Itis worst to saty tehre. They should clean the vent which I forgot to mention earlier, you will get allergies in your own apartment no matter how many times you change the filters because the vents are too dirty.I do hope they will find a way to fix these problem otherwise they might be sued for something.In addition to this, during fall, if you don't complain about the leaves being taken out they will leave it there to decay.they just don't clean the palce.
