No Air in a Heat Wave!' No Maintence on Staff

For the price to live here, the facility does no regular checks of any kind with their apartments. They don't consider the central air NOT working an emergency during a HEAT WAVE. The emergency number over the weekend was not working which has happened many times. Monday, June 9th, they were closed for a holiday. We were told, along with others that didn't have the central air working (again) that they couldn't have someone come out until Wed the 11th! This is not just warm weather, this is dangerous weather. There policies are shameless. Renter beware...........
