To begin with the worst management ever...you have to pay for ere responsible for gas, electric, water, and sewer which amounts anywhere from $250-450 for a one bedroom. This is apart from the $1300 of rent they charge you. We lived there for four years and thank heavens we moved out in 2007 feb and in june they sent us a huge bill with first of ofcourse accept our mistake we broke lease so we paid 250 for that but then they slapped us with rent for rest of the three months which btw for a one bedroom was $1300 and did not return our deposit fo $1900 instead have charged us further $1850...because supposed renters are responsible for the bed bug infestation they let happen in their apartments..so thats another $650..and when you try to reach the accounts department in short hills there will not be a single person who will direct you to the right extension till you actually receive a notice for payment which is a year later...and the rudesst manager Ms Nermin Acar..dont even waste your time speaking with this person as it would just be the worst experience of your life she might as well be barking from the time she picks up the phone..The management is not cordial or reasonable...now they are actually trying to send our paper to collections for their mishandling...but as usual they win we lose right..but atleast would like everyone to know what you are in for if you sign up a lease with this management.

Take them to Court. You have rights. By the way, you have bad grammar, I would suggest taking an English course before going to Court or the judge will not understand you.
