I lived there for a year in 1 bedroom with hard wood floor
Pros: Nice locality, just off Rt.46, Lots of shopping around, decent neighbours, good maintenance, Neat house and bit, Spacious bedroom and living room. washer and drier is useful when you have kid. Ample parking space. Decent play area for kids, nicely maintained lawn.
Cons: Water is too hard you have to buy drinking water. You have to pay for the water and sewer, which is round $200 for a quater. During winter the rooms are soooooo cold and lots of leaks in windows and doors. Gas bill alone in winter would be over 250. Once I even got over $280 for just gas alone. even with this kind of heat bill the floor is so cold you cant even walk few steps with bare foot. You have to have carpet filling the floor.
Its too expensive if you include all the bills and the drinking water you pay for.
