This is not a bad place just during recession, even in a normal time if you want to throw your money away go ahead else there are a million other options around the area. I agree about the lady in the accounting office, no amount of CRM talk is ever going to get to her..probably she thinks if she is tough she can extort the money. Will definitely sue the place when I get the chance. Definitely do not expect those people to return your deposit which for the 1 bedroom is couple hundreds short of $3000.
I also heard about many robberies during my one year stay at the rachel gardens which was only because they rob you if you try to break the lease, they are extremely rigid about the lease. The staff review - not just a pain to deal with - completely inappropriate.
