This Apt has serious noise problems, it is not sound proof.
They don't try to help the tenants, all they need is just the rent.

Keep away from Rachel Rachel gardens staff are absolutely lousy, non-cooperative and rude.
Management doesn't care about the vandalism in the tennis court and play area for kids. The play area is extremely overcrowded and ill maintained.

below average apartment with the highest rent the place was good several years ago, but it's not worth this high rent now, especially for the first floor apartments. all my friends are moving out, time to say good bye to rachel gardens too.

Happy to live here Have stayed here for 6 months now and its been a pleasure. There is a great lake view from the patio and my daughter loves to watch the geese.The apartments are bright and neighbours friendly.Minor problems were fixed promptly.

Price is high for what you get Maintenance is not friendly, they don't follow what's writen in the lease, safety is a HUGE issue with snow and ice, they come when they feel like it and can't even get to the dumpsters or your car. Noise is a factor depending on who you live
