I've lived at Birchwood Gardens since May 2007 and I have to say the only two negative aspect of my stay has been within the last 5 months and it was only due to my (1) neighbor and the complex does NOT recycle. Besides that the staff is very pleasant and even though I was late at times with rent, I was never given an attitude about it. Maintenance was very efficient with what broke or what i broke by mistake ;( SHHH... But anyhoo, crime is anywhere you go, neighbors will always have a different code of ethics than yours, and if you can't pay the rent you will be evicted. I loved my space and would move here again.
