Not Bad... Really Big

I liked the fact that you parked at the door. I had a first floor and could hear everyone upstairs, but dealt with it. I had a few maintenance problems (the heater died in the blizzard of '96 which caused the kitchen pipes to break), but the guys were out right away to fix it.
The rooms were really big! But I wish it had more closet space. The w/d were in a utility room which was really nice!!! appliances always worked!
The biggest problem seemed to be that the management kept getting bought out, and the state placed them on probation for lack of repairs. I never had a problem, they did a termite inspection/treatment, and once every couple of months sent someone around to see if there were repairs needed.
I felt safe, although some people told me I was on the "quiet side" or the "drug free side" I was on the B side so ask for that. I never had any problems and only left to buy a house.
I put a deposit of $100 and the rent was $515/mo
