The apartment I picked was completely outdated, and in 2 weeks, they transformed it into completely new! New kitchen appliances AND washer/dryer. New carpeting, toilet, tub, kitchen sink, etc. My front door was bringing in a draft and maintenance fixed it ASAP, as well as my mail slot. My toilet started to overflow out of the tank, and maintenance came within 15 minutes to fix it! Tina is a very friendly woman and very down-to-earth. I haven't really dealt much with the rest of their staff. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

The only thing that needs to be done is the roads need to be re-paved. Lots of potholes that will do some nasty damage to a low car if you don't drive slow.

There is no noise around me unless school just let out, which is normal! The rent is a decent price too. I got $50 a month off of my rent because I am a college student, which is awesome! You get heat, hot water, and gas for free! I have not had any problems with any of my facilities, although I have only been here for about 2 months. I feel very safe and happy living here by myself.
