It has been my experience here that the people who tell me they are not happy either failed to pay their rent or cause problems. I have always had quick response from maitenance and have a nice apartment. I don't do anything to cause problems and I pay my rent so I have never had a bad experience with managment.

Sounds like an employee comment here, maybe the management staff??? How many people actually shr their lack of paying rent with others publically?
