Patricia is only that way to those that deserve that kind of treatment. She is a fair and understanding woman and has done an amazing job in bringing life back to this development. She is a @#$%^ to those that come into the office or call her ranting on and not letting her have the chance to help. To many people come into the office like spoiled little brats wanting their way and act like a @#$%$ themselves and dont give the management staff the chance to help and then blame the office even though it is their own fault. I think people need to grow up and understand the office has a job to do and you are not the only tenant they have to deal with and you will get taken care of if you just shut up and let them do what they need to do.

You have something to say to everyone who has a different opinion than you.Are YOU really Patricia posing as someone else? Or are you getting paid, or an employee paid to post these silly responses? Does the "P" stand for Patricia? Or does it mean Putz? Your experience is not the only one, and others have had extremely different experiences than you, get over it. Lastly, you may just be a plain, old kiss ass. Whichever the case, you need a life. Wipe your nose, it has brown stuff on it, pjktj5! LOL!

I agree she isn't a very nice person! I have had so many problems in my apartment and after getting fed up with complaining for two weeks and nothing happening, I went to the office...she was nothing but rude and cocky looks...I can't wait until I don't have to deal with any of them!
