my husband and i moved from baltimore to new jersey in 05 for 6 months while he went to school! this place sounded so amazing and it was a resonable price for a big place wiht washer dryer etc! of course they didnt show us our apartment that we were moving into before signing the lease we saw a "model" apartment! well lets just say EVERYTHING went wrong. the check list they gave us to tell them what was wrong with our apartment wasnt even long enough we had to use extra paper. cracks and wholes in the wall it was horrible. we moved in Feb of 05 so it was still cold outside but when it started getting warmer we realized that our air wasnt working properally we called SEVERAL times for them to come fix it finally my husband had to go up there and demand it they said our system was really old and they had to install a whole new system! they said "go out and buy fans" LOL its was 95 degrees out but we had no choice our air was broken for 5 weeks!!!! after the 2nd week we said we dont care what there policy is about window units fans arent working right so they let us bring an ac unit in!! it worked only for one room but if we left the door open it was better then nothing. then they requested the fans inorder for us to get refunded we refused it was an incovience they should pay for it so they let us keep them! since it was so hot we went home fri-sun with our parents when we came home the first weekend our apartment was FULL of bugs i mean pinching bugs ants flying bugs omg so many i dont even know what the names are. we told main. so many times they came and "bombed" the apartment when we were gone over the weekends we would come home to an aprtment full of dead bugs and would always call and say its not our problem to clean these up its not fair! noone ever came to do it so of course we had to! well it neve rworked we were afraid to walk on the floor sleep in our own bed! we demanded another apartment they refused! nothing more we could of done. ouraprtment had gotten broken into one night when we came home called main. the guy came took out our deadbolt then said "oh i dont have the right piece ill brb" this was at 10pm he was gone 2 hours we had to stay awake on a work and school night because we had a hole in our door because there wasnt a lock! good luck to anyone who is moving in here yo will need it i hated it i was so thankful when our 6 months was up to get the hell out of there it was the worst expierence EVER!!!

You sure you lived here??? Three years here and never had a problem, they have been very prompt in fixing things and addressing any compliants I have
