I have lived here for five years and I just can t believe how much better it has become in recent years. For the first few years there were yearly rent increases with no explanation or benefit, which I think is the industry standard. In the past two years though for the small amount of extra money I got new counters, ceramic tile, insulation in my attic and new windows. These days it does look a little like a construction zone because of all the work they are doing on the grounds but I am glad to have the new parking lot and tennis courts coming up. I have read the comments about the management and have to say that I have heard the manager is tough, but I follow the rules so I personally have never had a problem When I did have neighbors throwing late night parties, they were quick to put a stop to it so they are great in my book.

For the money you will not find a better place in the area but I suppose you should look elsewhere if you are looking to have a party pad ! As far as maintenance, I have been through three inspections from the state since moving in here so unless the state is ignoring poor living conditions, I think the complaints here are probably from people that will never be happy no matter what you do, there are always a few in the bunch .

I agree completely with you. They have planted weeping cherry trees out fronts, paved and painted the tennis courts, and paved the parking lot in the past 2 months. I love the changes, especially since I love to play tennis!

YOU MUST LIVE UP FRONT THATS THE ONLY PLACE THEY DO WORK... I LIVE IN THE MIDDLE AND STILL DONT HAVE NEW WINDOWS THEY SKIPPED THE MIDDLE TO DO THE BACK AND ONLY HALF THE COMPLEX IS DONE.... FOR WHAT I PAY IN RENT CANT WAIT TO MOVE..I'LL BUY MY OWN WINDOWS
