Why not look that up before you move in??? I have been here 4 years and we have three children and there has never been a problem. Do they live next door to you, above you, below you what??? Theres 500 apartments here, its 33 acres.. and I am sure if you move the next place will have someone there too. Criminals are everywhere. So if that is just one of the reasons, what are the others???? Another anonymous user trying to bring down a nice community and stir up trouble.

yes this offender lives in our building. this community is what it is... it's not a nice place to live and now that they allow section 8 it's turning into the mansions. i dont have to be annonymous my screen name is below. anyone wanting to move here should know what its really like.

WHO TAKES SECTION 8...CAUSE IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CHALET THERE ARE INCOMES REQUIREMENTS!!!!!!!!!! SO BEFORE OPENING YOUR BIG MOUTH IF YOU BOTHERED TO DO YOUR RESEARCH.....THE INCOME REQUIREMENTS ARE HIGH ENOUGH THAT IF YOU MEET THEM YOU WOULD NOT QUALIFY FOR SECTION 8!!!!!

Now that Carol is running the apartment complex, though I have now left and would not know for certain, I am sure she takes section 8. It would not surprise.
