I have lived in Chalet Gardens for over 5 years now and always
loved my apartment but hated when i had any type of issue with
my apartment. They girls in the office were always great it was the former
mananger Patricia that was rude and unprofessional with my self
and other tenants. I have always paid my rent on time and never
asked for any thing special, but just asking for a heater filter was
a big hassle when Patricia was there. Now that she is gone it's such a nicer place to live! I really enjoy living here now. I really feel like i'm getting what
i'm paying for now. It really is a nice place to live.

Now maintanence had it's own line that Patricia did not even answer, Cara did, so why would you call her for an air filter? The office informed me that patricia was DOWNSIZED, that is why the same manager is now managing two complexes so I think you need to get your facts straight. I think you must have some underlying issue because if you never had a reason to contact Patricia, IE, being a dead beat tenant (I bet you are) then you would not deal with Patricia. I hope you like Carol, cause she will empty the place out quick, but you are probably just nasty and bitter enough to like her, you can be part of the remaining twenty five percent!

First of all Cara did her job, but the maintance didn't have the supplies they needed THATS A MANAGEMENT PROBLEM PATRICIA. I'm a much happier person/ tenant now that Patricia is GONE. Maybe she will move too!!!

Maintenance is run by an old Chinese man, friend. He is the maintenance manager. Neither Patricia, nor Carol have any control over maintenance. Find another scapegoat, please.

Thats funny Patricia was around the one Maintenance man enough to fix every apartment in the complex..... What was his name Genuise??? Something like that maybe thats why neither of them never did any work they were so busy in the sample all the time together.
