Don't move here. We were just informed yesterday that we are to have nothing on our balconies/patios. This includes everything. No patio furniture, nothing. I moved here specifically for the balcony. I will be looking to move soon.
By the way, when you need to talk to the office personnel, expect to be yelled at about matters.
If you are not ready for a headache do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look at your lease and see if it allows items on the balcony/patio. I have lived here for many years and know they have a few different versions but mine allows it so they can forget me moving anything! I will be moving out too, I was here with Carol before and was happy to see her leave, now that she is back it will be infested with drugs and violence again, if I wanted that I could pay half the price and live in Lindenwold or Camden.

We have lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love it. We used to be neighbors with Carol in our old home and she is a very nice lady but does take her work seriously. If you do not give her a hard time and treat her with respect she will do the same. Our children go to the schools of Pine Hill and they are the best. When we need any maintenance done they are here within a day or two. When we received the letter about the patios we went to Carol and were informed that the letter was misstated and that you are allowed to have items on your patio as long as they are neat and clean. They do not want laundry hung out there or dead plants left out there all year. They do not want your patio used as a storage area for junk. That is understandable as that can become an eyesore. If you look around the development you will see that everyone still has their furniture on their patio with any recourse. If you talk to the office they will tell you this. If you call and talk to them in a decent manner they will return the favor. Cara is the best and talk to her all the time. As far as the drugs and violence you will get that no matter where you live. We have had dealers living here for years as well as the 4 sexual offenders that are residents here. 2 of them have been here for about 7 years and the other 2 for about 2 years. I know this as I keep track of them due to my having young children and prefer to know where they are to keep my kids safe. It does not matter where you live this day and age you will always deal with drugs and violence. This development is not immune to it. It never has been. I have lived in several developments in this area and this is by far the best I have lived in. You want to complain about drugs and violence go live in the once named Fountainview Village on College Drive. I had a neighbor that was a dealer to the college kids. My upstairs neighbor got jumped in our corridor when coming home and had his throat sliced open and robbed. That is a terrible place to live. Not to mention their problem with fires atleast once a week. That place is hell. Trust me you can enjoy your patio with any problem. Everyone else is. Just relax and enjoy your home.
