I have lived here for 6 years now and never had any huge problem untill about four months ago when Patricia the former mananger moved drug dealers into the apartment above mine. I went to her many times and EVERYTIME she told me there was nothing she could or would do about it. I wrote letters to her about the all night long noise and parties and Patricia did nothing telling me she wasn't the police. I asked her to do her job as mananger not anything above that. It was a night mare dealing with her, i have delt with Carol before and she has always been a great people person. The only people who would write something good about Patricia is the one's who are afriad of Change, the change is for the better! Look outside no more dead trees, no more trash all over, no more land scaping just in the front. I'm much happier and Carol has taken measures to address the Ddrug dealers who no longer deal here! This sounds like the raving of a three year old when they finally get their way. Obviously, something happened between you and Patricia to cause this outcome for you. i don't know what this was, but I can only believe that it had to have been pretty big for you to be so happy to see her go. If so, then you were just as much at fault for your living conditions. If I had been her, and someone were nasty toward me, I wouldn't go out of my way to help them either. Though maybe she did go out of her way and it wasn't good enough. Bottom line, you write like a child and I can only assume your mentality is that of one as well. Hence, I see this review as useless for incoming residents.

It's sad when the former manager Patricia has to defend her self anonymously to feel better about the way she ran Chalet into the ground. This review is helping people who are moving in, it tells them about the drug deals Patricia allowed to move in. Maybe THats Why She Was LET GO or should we call it "Down Sized". Call it what you want i call it a smart business choice!
