My girlfriend and I moved into Chalet Gardens in October 2008. We've had nothing but problems with our neighbors. The apartment is fine and the staff is decent, our only issue is our building. Every time we enter or leave our apartment, our next door neighbors are at their window staring at us. We feel very uncomfortable taking our dog for a walk or even running down to our cars. Now our downstairs neighbors are 100 times worse! Actually it's just a lady and her daughter, they are such a nightmare! They called the office and maintenance came out on a complaint that my girlfriend was listening to christmas music too loud, did i forget to mention that it was 2pm and she was cleaning the place' A week later, I was sound asleep and my girlfriend is watching TV in the same room as me. The police came to our door for another noise complaint. It was 11 o' clock at night and I was sleeping in the same room, so obviously it wasn't that loud and she is taking advantage of the situation. I'm respectful when it comes to noise levels but this was absolutely ridiculous! We let that slide, until new years eve when we heard the lady downstairs and a guest talking trash on my girlfriend. So my girlfriends mother came downstairs to see what the problem was and our piece of trash neighbors threaten to "f**k her up!". We went to complain to the office and make them aware of the situation and they told us there was nothing we can do, but we should call the police. We didn't, we waited for the holiday to pass. So after the holiday, we tried to be mature and knock on her door to see if we could work something out, she refused to answer. An hour goes by and she has two car loads of people pull up and shout things at us. The cops ended up coming, and she thinks she can get away with anything because her husband is a "police officer". She threatened my mother and called her "white trash". She's ------- american, and we are white so I believe it's a racial thing when it comes to her. We are trying to get our apartment moved, so if your looking to move in Chalet Gardens, it's a nice experience just make sure you don't move into the building called "Breckenridge", because you'll have trashy neighbors

I know who you are talking about your neighbor lives in Breckenridge and drives the black chrysler pacifica i believe she has a little girl, her Ex husband is a correction officer who DOES NOT live with her and is NOT on her lease.... So if you keep having problems CALL THE REAL POLICE! No one should have to live like that she doesn't want anyone over her. She called the police on the old neighbors too and they were a nice young couple. The apartments are nice so don't take that from ANYONE. Well just remember WHAT GOES AROUND ,COMES AROUND.

I live here as well. The overall quality of life has gone down since Patricia left. It's really quite disheartening. She got rid of similar neighbors for my family and since then, we have had no problems. You should cal the police on that couple for intimidating you. I doubt Carol will do anything to help you, and moving won't help, as she moves in trash. Good luck. I'm moving out soon, I'd suggest you get out before you get shot.

I actually live in Breckenridge and I just moved here the beginning of December but I am at the 2nd part of that building and I personally do not have issue's with that lady but I am assuming thats because she's not right next to me. But I will say I have seen cops over there a few times
