I have lived here for over 14 years and Yes when Patricia was manager it was a terrible place to live. She was always unavailable even if you saw her on the street. If you called with a legitimate compliant she would argue with you and nothing ever was accomplished. But Carol is back and thing have greatly improved. Maintance police the area for trash and it is removed. When it snows the sidewalk are cleaned and salted the same day. When you put in a maintence request it is handled within two days. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. The neighbors (some) are very friendly.
