Ok place

I am the neighbor of the guy that posted "Not a bad place to live". I agree with some of the things that were said, and others I do not. I have lived here for a year. It took a new manager to come in to get my place fixed. When I moved in, there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling. They came in a few times and fixed it but it always leaked again. I stopped calling about it because no one ever came again. When it came time to renew my lease, they had raised my rent so I opened my mouth and complained. I was surprised to see how quickly the new manager got things done. I thought at first it was just so they could get the rent increase from me (not unusual when someone wants money lol). I have to say, I don?t feel that way now. Every time I see the manager, she asks me how my place is and if everything is ok, yadda yadda. Now if I could just get them to straighten out my account I would be a happy camper! lol I think it?s a nice place, but they do raise the rents every year. They could use more lighting up front and in the parking lots, but other than that, I guess I?m happy. I renewed my lease for another year :)
