Moved in the middle of 2002, had a broken dishwasher, broken screen door, missing pieces in the stair rail, non-functional shower faucet. Screen door took 3 months to fix. Dishwasher and faucet were never fixed. 3 maintenance reports and 100+ phone calls later now in Ocober 2003, still promises. New management person, Paula, is ineffective and does not have control or authority over maintenance. I was stood up when she told me maintenance would be in on a day to fix my dishwasher. I asked off of work and didnt even get the courtesy of a phone call. Maintenance person "Carl" does not return phone calls, only promises days to fix things then never shows up. He told me himself that they lie about the existance of dishwasher to maintain corporate profits! Repeated LIES.

Free heat' Yeah, but they wait until the 4TH QUARTER of the year to turn it on, also to maintain corporate profits. So if it gets cold in September, YOURE SCREWED!!!

Do not pay rent in office or you will be stuck with a $30 "administrative fee". Mail it to the unnamed "lockbox" in NEWARK which is an area notorious for mail delays. If it gets to them late, regardless of post mark, you will be hit with a $65 late charge. You will also receive an fake "eviction notice" from a nonexistant law firm. Rent increases 6% A year but they wait 6 months to pass it on, so you get stuck with one rent bill for 400 dollars higher than normal.

Grounds are covered with trash. If it snowed the parking lots are not cleared, when its hot the pool isnt hardly ever open. Cars and personal property are abused when you are not looking by other residents and/or guests. All residents complain of the same thing: broken locks on front doors where people have broken in in the past! And broken dishwashers.

Westminster management, the management company, is in financial trouble. They do not return phone calls either.

I have one lawsuit on the way and am planning to get other residents to participate.
