chateau ridge is not where you want to live

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Maintenance and management leave much to be desired. During the winter the heat and/or running water regularly go out. It might not sound that bad but wait until its 10 degrees outside, then picture yourself without heat and running water with nothing but the gas oven to keep you warm. It happens all the time, and the maintenance has an attitude when you tell them then they go back to there big warm houses. NOT RECOMMENDED!
