BEWARE APARTMENTS RAN BY MORONS!

Chateau ridge apts. are ran by a bunch of idiots. Management dosen't have the proper qualities to be in such a position. Managemnt is not friendly, very argumentive and unreliable. Maintenance is a joke the maintenace men can't fix anything! If u want something fixed u have to wait about 2mths. That includes constant phone calls and threatning them with court. I lived there for 6ths and my motorcycle got stolen in broad daylight while i was at work. They tack fees to your bill just to make money. Please monitor your monthly rent when paying, because they will try to overcharge you. THIS IS THE MOST POORLY MANAGED APARTMENTS .
